Nowadays we use Squid Proxy server and I would like to know which urls should I add on our whitelist for HelpCenter Portal

Does it have to be Squid Proxy? Can I use lightningproxies instead?

this is a builtin feature provided by premium and enterprise plans (https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/specify-ip-addresses-for-product-access/).

Because you are on a cloud instance I don't understand how you could use your own proxy server.
