Project Permissions for External Users

Hello,

Is it possible to set JSM project permissions not to prompt for a login for external customers to create a request on the portal for a specific project? Not for the entire JSM projects.

Thank you.

Hi @Elif Alverson ,

You can make the changes under project settings>>Customer Permission.

@Manoj Kumar Gangwar , Thank you for your response.  I have tried that before I post this question. Unfortunately when I click the "change the customer access settings" it takes me to the customer access portal and the changes you make there will impact all the JSM projects. Screenshot 2023-06-02 at 9.08.47 AM.pngScreenshot 2023-06-02 at 9.08.36 AM.png

First, you have to enable that option then it will work. After that you have to check other projects and make sure their Portals are not shared public.
