Project Filter no longer hyperlinks Summary (name of ticket)

A particular field in my team's project filter once showed the ticket title and hyperlink to open it, but now only shows the text with an arrow to "Select work item". The hyperlink was a key part of an existing workflow and this update is only reflecting on my account and not my team members. 

Similarly, the "End Date" once displayed only one date but now appears as a cell with three rows (the second and third rows are blank) which expands the width of every single row in the filter. Removing this column from my filter view compacts the view again, but I would like to view "End Date" as part of this filter.

Any help to revert these changes or correct the issue at hand asap would be greatly appreciated!
