For context, we are using Jira native forms in Jira Service Management. One of our requirements is to allow users to revise their submitted requests, which is why we are using Forms (formerly ProForma) to handle this use case.

However, we encountered an issue when using table fields in Forms. The table is displayed correctly in the submitted request, but when a user attempts to edit the form, an error is shown (as illustrated in the attached screenshot).

Is there a known solution for this issue? Alternatively, is there a recommended workaround or another built-in Jira feature that could be used to support request revisions, especially the table format?

Hi @Juan Marchell Kurniawan

Welcome to the community.

You can only edit field in a form, not a table with text in columns, as you can't aadd new text, only if you link a text field in the column of the table.

So if you want to adjust or add option to a line in a table, you need to specify fields in the table column(s).
