I am trying to log in to the GitLab site but it says gitlab.com is blocked.

Hi @Beatriz Perez Vera welcome to the Atlassian community.

Please be informed their will be multiple scenario's for this error and in your case, it might be either a Firewall settings or  Network restrictions. I would request you to contact your IT team or Gitlab support team.

I am experiencing the same, and have confirmed with my network team that gitlab is not blocked.
