Problemas para reativar o service desk

Alguém ja passou por este problema?

Estamos com a pagina do service desk cloud(txtecnologia) fora do ar e isso está impactando muito.

Nossos clientes estão reclamando e o suporte da Atlassian simplesmente não responde.

Hi,

I understand that JSM appears to be suspended. I see that you have created a support ticket for this over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/35/CA-1527112 That is the correct team to address problems like this.
