Problem with ruler

Centro de Servicio VerifID
November 29, 2023

hello, I would like to know if you can help me with the execution of the following rule. It seemed to be working fine a few minutes ago, but it doesn't seem to want to work anymore, which I'm not quite sure why. What I want is that when the main issue (a task) is updated, another issue is added to it (a subtask) but with the same data as the previous task.
I hope you can help me.jira.png

So sorry to hear about your trouble with the ruler feature in Jira Service Management. Dealing with tech hiccups can be as frustrating as trying to measure something with an inch ruler that's missing inches! It's essential for tools to work seamlessly, just like a well-oiled machine, to keep our workflows running smoothly.

In my view, software glitches are like pesky little gremlins that sneak into our systems when we least expect them. But fear not! With a bit of troubleshooting prowess and maybe a sprinkle of magic (or just some good ol' tech know-how), we can tame those digital beasts and get back on track.

I'd love to hear how others in the community have tackled similar issues.
