Problem with references in Insight

I have two issues with Insight in the cloud:

I need to set up an Insight objects Custom Field so that the Customer sees only the assets of their organization. The organization can be captured as an attribute on the corresponding object. However, I would need to be able to reference the Custom Field for the organization in the IQL Filter Scope. I can' t find any syntax for this in the documentation at https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/use-insight-query-language-iql. Is it possible to do it this way? Or are there alternative ways to implement this?

Also, in the server variants we often used the Referenced Insight custom field to show objects referenced by an object of another Insight custom field. This custom field apparently no longer exists in the current cloud variant. Is there a replacement for it, or strategies to replace this functionality?
