Hello, has there been a change, or is there a fault with the automations?
Our automations have stopped running since around 10.30, and the following error message appears:
‘The flow actor is not authorised to view the event that triggered this flow.’
Is there a solution to this
Hi
Same problem on instances, which I'm managing. And still no incident.
And I even can't change actor from service account to personal. Users not found in dropdown list.

Same problem. All automations failing. In addition, we can't assign individuals or teams to tickets.

I would say this is an incident on Atlassian's side. There is still nothing reported on the status page, but I expect they will post an update shortly.
I'm also seeing some other cloud-related failures affecting users, so I believe these issues may be correlated.
