Problem with jira approval mail

Hi,

Today i saw weird situation, have approval system with mail notifications and I receive only every second mail. In portal system I see all of the tickets which need approval but mail notifications with current approval needed only every second. Trying to test on other approval users, projects and it's the same issue.
