We use Jira Free. For some time now we have had a message that we are exceeding our data space. We have deleted a lot of attachments and old tasks, but we still have a message that space is full.
We have deleted a lot of data, but nothing has changed in the message. Please let us know what else we can do :)

The process on freeing up storage can take time.
You can also look at a 3rd part app (free up to 10 user) to help with attachment searching and deleting.
