I have a big problem. I have two users who are the same person. We migrated our email accounts, so we have a different domain than the previous one. I have two accounts with the same name, and if I try to delete the profile we no longer use, it automatically deactivates the other account as well. I assign the permissions that all agents have, but it does less than the others. For example, I'm an agent and I can change the status of tickets, but he doesn't allow it with the same permissions.
