Problem to associate field in the queue - JSM

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

I have some problems to select some fields from a filter (JQL or base) visible in the queue which allow to made and prioritization of the backlog.

At the first step, I have configured and added some fields in the Custom Module (JSM), that refers the location and organization of all our clients (end-users).

After that, when I tried to incorporate those fields (for example: location, role and organization), I can't find them in the list of the available fields.

I don't have any clue how to connect those fields to my project, and unfortunately, all the documentation impose me to create a new field as a different custom field.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

First please confirm for us the type of project you are using. Go the the View All Projects page under the Projects menu. Find you project in the list. Tell us what is shown in the Type column for your project.

Second can you provide a screen image that shows where you went to add the fields for location and organization?

Third can you provide a screen image that shows us where you are when you are trying to incorporate those fields but cannot find them?
