Problem invitation mail

I have a user who does not receive the invitation email and the password reset email, the mail server is not blocking him, what should I do in this case?

Hi Marc - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You need to open a support ticket with Atlassian to see if the user's email has bee added to a block list.
