Problem creating a new SLA priority

Jeferson Carlos dos Santos
January 3, 2024

I created a request type and wanted to create a specific SLA for this request type. I'm trying to put it in JQL = "Request Type" = "Teste1" , but an error appears in JQL: - The Request Type field does not exist or you do not have permission to view it.

Hi @Jeferson Carlos dos Santos

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Could you ensure that the recently added request type is included in the project's mapping for issue types? After that, can you attempt to add the request type to the SLA.

Let me know if this works.

Thanks,

Teja

Hi @Jeferson Carlos dos Santos

please navigate to project setting -> request type and check for your newly created request type which has to be mapped to any issue type in that project.

Later you can go to project settings -> SLA -> Add new SLA -> add goal as shown below -

Let me know if this helps.

Thanks,
