Printing option in forms

Hi Team,

I have a query that as we get option for download forms similarly do we get an option as print the form in JSM.

Or, Do we get any option how we can download the form with the images attached to it.

You can attach the form as a pdf to the ticket, and then print the pdf.

See forms -> Settings.

There is currently no direct option to print a form, nor store images on that form :-(

@Ishika Agrawal Your question is a bit vague to me, but you can definitely use the Better PDF Exporter app to export Jira Service Management issues, also including the JSM forms attached to them(!) to PDF documents, which you can then print.

An example looks like this:
