Could you elaborate on what you mean?

Jira Cloud is hosted by Atlassian so there is no installation required from yourself. You can request a site (https://www.atlassian.com/cloud - try now on the top right corner) and it will be created on the fly.

If you are looking to host a Datacenter version on your own AWS instance you can take a look here https://confluence.atlassian.com/confeval/data-center-evaluator-resources/data-center-what-equipment-is-required-for-a-data-center-installation
