in JSM customer portal on the page "Requests" customers can find their tickets in a table.
The table is filtered for "Status=Open", so only tickets with the status "open" are shown by default.
Is it possible to show all tickets that are "not closed"? Because the customer also needs to see the tickets that are "reopened", "in progress", "waiting for customer" etc..
I know that they could do this manually every time they visit the table, but it confuses customers and some are annoyed by the fact that they have to tick this boxex everytime.
