Post Functions

With the new layout, I do not see the post functions option on transitions. I am trying to have a transition from one status to a "Done" status, and actually resolve the ticket.

When you say "With the new layout", do you mean the new workflow editor or the new overall navigation in Jira/JSM?

The workflow editor. I do not see the options for Post Functions

In the new workflow editor, post-functions are now in the Rules section, which includes Restrictions (conditions) and Validate details (validation), and Perform actions (post-functions). When you click on a transition in the new editor, you get the Transitions panel below (it's grayed out in this screenshot but it's active). If you click the '+' for Rules, it displays the Add rule screen and you can click on one of the three options on the left to add conditions, validations, and/or post-functions.

As an alternative (for now), do you have the option to use the old editor to add your post-function? If so, I'd suggest you do that and save the workflow and it will carry over when you open the workflow in the new editor. That would also help to understand how and where the new workflow editor is providing the old editor capabilities.
