Possible to add attachment in Jira Service Management alerts using the Rest API/Events Integration?

Hi,
I'm looking to integrate Jira Service Management and OpsGenie alerts into one of our apps.
The alerts that we currently generate sometimes contain screenshots of the current state of the desktop machine that the alert originated from. At present we're using Slack SDK to send messages and attach the image, however we're looking to migrate to JSM/OpsGenie and also integrate with MS Teams.
Looking at - The Jira Service Management ops REST API , there seems to be no way of doing something similar as what we currently do with the Slack SDK.
Is there any workaround for this?
Is it possible to somehow send a base64 encoded image that will somehow show up here:
