Hi,
Wondering if its possible to change the 'from' email address or rather, how its identified.
For example, ' Jira Service Management Widget ' or ' Automation for Jira '
I'm seeing this on emails that are sent to customers after submitting a ticket or in response the ticket.
I have been able to verify my domain and add my own 'from' email address but its somehow changing the display name part to something I don't want.
Apologies if that doesn't make sense and if posted before but I couldn't find it.

In server you can use smart values on the automation to change the name that is displayed. This does not exist in cloud yet. There is a feature request here that you can vote for that will fix the issue when implemented.
That is indeed what I’m looking for.
Has a few linked items there but they are open since 2018 so it is unlikely to be resolved for me to make this my permanent tool of choice.
It’s a shame.
