Possibilty to let the virtual agent answer in different languages

Hello,
I wanted to know if it is possible to make the virtual agent reply in languages other than the default language.
Currently, the default language is set to English, but the chatbot should also be able to answer in French and Dutch. Is that somehow possible?
If so, can someone explain this to me please?
