Is there a way to add in more portal on the featured section?

Currently there is a limit of 15 portals.

@Bryan Tito -

As far as I know there is no functionality to extend the limitation in JSM Cloud env.  Currently, it is limited to 15 unfortunately - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/feature-service-projects-in-your-help-center/

However here are a few things that you may consider -

1) Ensure that not all of your JSM projects are enabled access for all the customers.  You can control the access by editing your project's Project settings >> Customer permissions.  Once applied, then it will control the visibility of your JSM project's portal entries.

2) I recommend you to contact Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com) for further assistance in regarding possible enhancement request to provide admins with "Featured Portals" limitation control.

3) I am sure that you already know of this link on portal customizations - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/customize-the-look-and-feel-of-your-help-center-and-portal/
