Plugin for pop up windows in jira cloud

Does anyone know if there is a plugin that can create pop up windows to display information to Jira Service Management clients?

As @Kristian Walker _Adaptavist_ mentioned, unfortunately, it's not possible to display pop-ups.

However, if you're looking for a solution that could improve navigation for your customers, JSM Forms might be helpful. Thanks to the ability to display fields dynamically and add descriptions to them, it can guide users more effectively:

A similar solution is Extension for JSM, which also allows you to
-Display fields dynamically, so you can show them to customers only when they're actually needed
-Add a field help:

-Display additional information such as SLAs, Fields, Attachments, and Linked Issues on an already created request, which improves customer insight into their tickets:

Hi Luis,

Unfortunately, I am not aware of any way to display a pop-up dialog in Jira Cloud.

The reason for this is that Atlassian does not provide any REST API that Scripts, plugins or even Jira Automation can use to display a pop-up dialogue.

I would advise adding a link to the form in JSM, which can open a Confluence page containing the information you wish to provide as a workaround.

Hi,
Thank you very much for the information. In this case the solution you provide does not work for us, we just want to show a popup window to put service maintenance messages (they do not like the one used by jira with the banner and ads).
