Hello,

I am searching for a plugin, which recognizes certain types of questions/issues (For example: "Reset my password"), automatically suggests some answers for  this specific questions  and sends them per mail to my customers.

I am not sure on an add-on app that can do this but there ate two built-in native features to Jira that you could look into the first being Jira automation rules with the method described in the following KB article which would be a hyper-specific keyword to article relation:

• Automatically comment to share knowledge base articles

Next, you can look into the Knowledge base functionality in Jira Service management that is specifically designed around your use case of promoting links to Knowledge base articles in an attached Confluence site, using the keywords from the issue summary,  Additional details on the feature and configuration can be seen in:

• Set up a knowledge base so customers can serve themselves
