Please I need to reactivate my jira account urgently but billing page gives error

Hi Atlassian team,

I’m trying to renew/update the payment method for our Jira subscription, but the Atlassian billing page crashes when the payment form loads.

Entitlement number:E-446-YWR-JHD-7VJ

The page shows:

“Something went wrong. An unexpected error occurred, try again later.”

 

The browser console shows this error:

Could not find Elements context; You need to wrap the part of your app that calls useStripe() in an  provider.

The stack trace includes:

setup-intent-mutation.ts:37
add-payment-method-form.tsx:124
react-stripe.umd.js

There are also report-only CSP warnings for js.stripe.com frames, but the main breaking error appears to be the missing Stripe Elements provider/context.

I have tried refreshing and reopening the billing page. This blocks us from renewing the Jira subscription.

Can someone from Atlassian Billing help us update/renew the subscription manually, or advise how to bypass this broken payment screen?

Hello @Joel Waldhoff 

This needs to be handled privately with Atlassian rather than in the public Community. Please open a ticket directly via the Atlassian Purchasing & Licensing Form and include your site URL, error details, and screenshot.

In the meantime, you can try loading the page in an incognito window with extensions disabled to see if it bypasses the error. Lastly, please edit your post to remove your entitlement number for security.
