Pictures in Customer Notification are hidden behind text

Our customer notification when replying is badly formatted. It seems like images are hidden behind the text, the alignment is not correct. Please see example image:

Can anyone help with this issue?

a JSM project admin should be able to check customer notification template (https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/edit-the-content-of-your-customer-notifications/). Please review that template in order to fix this issue.

Hi Fabio,

thanks for the hint. I was able to fix the issue. It was definitely hidden in the CSS Code of our notification template.
