Persistent URL's for portal requests

I'm working with a 3rd party who need to be able to direct their staff to our JSM portal request forms.

They don't want to link to the Help Centre they want to link directly to the request type.

The problem I'm having is the link I provided them Link is now returning the following error.

This link worked when I provided them with it.

My question is, are the "create" URL's not persistent?

Hi @Anthony R ,

are u sure that user is able to access that portal? Has that user been defined as customer for that portal?

Based on your screenshot it seems that user is logged in but with insufficient privileges to see that portal.
