I have some projects and now I'm giving my link (url) to clients, I configured it so that when clients access it for the first time, they don't have permission to any project.
The question is, now how do I find this client (email) and give permission to the project?
Or if possible, link the user whose domain is @xpto.com and link to the "xpto" project automatically.

Welcome to the community. You should check your JSM project's customer permission configuration
Go to your project Project settings >> Customer permissions section to see how are those projects are setup. Example - one can locked down the project visibility if the following option is checked. Which means that project admin/agents will need to add the customers to the ServiceDesk Customers role for them to see the project in the portal
Hope this helps.

first, thanks for the reply.
I did Joseph.
Now what I want to know is, I have a new client, he enters Jira, registers with my url, how do I set that user's permission for the project I want.

Assuming your project customer permissions is setup as I mentioned previously, then project admin/agents will need to add the new user to the ServiceDesk Customer for the project in question.
Hope this helps.

You can manage a user group and add users/remove users from the group manually. You can then assign the group with your project's Service Desks Customers role.
