I am recently trying to deploy the virtual agent as a AI agent in my Slack channel to help replying customers about simple documented questions, or raise an ticket for complex questions. But after setting things up according to the doc, I found that the agent in channel is not the same as the one in the portal.
The agent in the portal did a great job:
While the Slack agent does not even understand the question:
I want to know how should I set to make the agent in Slack do the same thing as the one in the portal?
Hi @Roy Chen welcome to the community. I could be wrong, but I don't think there's any setup that you need to do, I'm wondering if it's something going on at the server level.

I did find several issues with the Virtual Agent & Slack, but nothing specific to content.
If you're still finding an inconsistency, I would suggest having your System Administrator contact Atlassian Support with more details so they can weigh in.
