People Scheme No updating with new records

Hi

I wondered if you could help. We have an issue with our People Scheme. 

We use the Object Classes and we have a scheduled task that works with our Entra platform to sync our users from Entra to our People Scheme. The Fetch, Cleanse and Merge all seem to be running but no new data is updating in the People Scheme. I believe we are getting a 403 error. 
This has been reported by another member of staff,  but he is unavailable at the moment we no return date to the office. 

Could you share the ticket he has logged and let me know what progress has happened.

Here in community, most of us are Atlassian users like yourself, not (necessarily) employees of Atlassian. We don't have access to your environment.

Note: 403 means forbidden, is a specific user used and is the related API expired or does this user lost permission in Jira?
