Hi,
I have a problem with the pagination in the knowledge base configuration. If I want to go to the second or next page I get an error. A page reload does not resolve the problem. Is this issue already known?
Thanks in advance.
Thanks for reaching out to our Community to figure out what's going on with the broken page 2 within your Jira Service Management site. I've gone ahead and created a support request on your behalf and also added your site admin to this issue. You should receive an email shortly with the details of that support request.
Your issue does seem to be a potential bug. With that said, we do have a defined bug policy, which explains how we address and process this issue if it is found to be a bug. Atlassian Cloud Bug Fix Policy

Hi @Sebastian Windisch welcome to the community. I can replicate the issue in both Edge and Chrome. You get that error as soon as you click to Page 2. I've requested that Atlassian Support take a look at this issue. If they don't get back to you in a few days, I would suggest having your System Administrator open a work item with Atlassian Support with as much detail as possible. If they end up creating a new work item so they can work on the issue, please post it back here so I can vote for it as well.
Hope that helps.

Welcome to the community.
You might want to clear your cache and cookies, or try an incognito widow or another browser.
Is the problem still there?
Or are using Edge and the version is update to version 140, there is an active incident around this, see https://status.atlassian.com/
