Hey guys,

There were some problems with the integration between Jira Service Management and Opsgenie, because when the alert is sent I am unable to pass the values: Error message, sensor name, url

can you help me ?

Hi @Gustavo Gabriel Riva

Are you talking about the default integration between Jira and Opsgenie? If yes, you need to map the fields from your alerts appropriately on the outgoing configuration of your Jira integration.

Please access the integration settings, go to Outgoing Rules, click on Advanced and map the fields from the alerts to the fields you need them populated in Jira.
