Origin of Service

Hi,

I need to identify the origin of the service performed in JSM. Ex: E-mail Channel, Chat, Telephone...
What do you advise me to be the best thing to do?

Would it be better to use the request type, create a custom field or some other way?
Currently my request type options are as follows:
