Organizations fields in Epic (project A) not able to reach Organizations value in project B

Hi there!

On one hand, I have a Project named "A" (a typical scrum company managed project, with Epic, story, task, etc...).

On the other hand, I have a Project named "B" (a typical Service Management project)

Adding an Organization/clients to project B is ok.

However I am not able to add a value to Organizations field on my Epic (project A)

It always shows me "Search failed. Try reloading the issue", which not working of course ;)

Probably a misconfiguration... but where???

Hi @Benjamin Lellouche the field Organizations is linked to Jira Service Management, it is not available for Jira Software projects.
