Hello,
we have been using Jira Service Desk for a few months now.
Recently (about 1 week), we no longer see customers within the organizations. Also, customers that have already been created can no longer be added to an organization.
However, the customers are assigned to the organization in the background, as new tickets of these customers are correctly assigned to the organizations.
New customers are still working.
How can we solve the problem and get the customers to show up in the organizations again.
