Organizations and costomers

Hello Does anyone know how to turn on Jira management's Project Organizations and Customers options on a user's account?

Hi @Beatriz ,

Organization and Customers are added in a Jira Service Management Project. They are not added to the User.

If you are an admin to one of your Jira Service Management projects, you can click on customers. From there you can add customers and Organizations as needed.
