Organization/site structure and settings

I'd like to find where I can easily access settings at the organization and site levels. This currently does not appear to be a very straightforward thing to achieve without a lot of clicking around.

It would be really good if there was a tree view, somewhere, that displayed these things in a more structured way so less clicking around is required. Is there somewhere I can suggest this?

To access the organization level settings, just click on the settings and choose user management as shown below - 

From there, you can just click on Products and choose the site to navigate to site level as shown below -
