Organization - confirmation step

Hi, 

I would like to know if there is a way to add a confirmation step for setting the organization

For example, the step would be that when I choose the organization, there is a box or something that asks me to confirm that it is the right organization that I want in order to avoid mistakes and sending the wrong ticket to another organization.

is this possible?

i don't understand the question. What about the current solution is creating issues for your requirements? Maybe this will help - what-are-slas
