Opsgenie merges with JSM, Best practise for license usage

Hi,

We are looking into Opsgenie usage and the roles that we have defined in Opsgenie.

I was wondering what Atlassian suggests best practise when it comes to license usage.

A example scenario:

A user is active in Opsgenie, but not active as an agent in JSM but still consuming the agent license in JSM.

We have created read-only roles but even these roles use an agent license.
What does atlassian suggest when it comes to Opsgenie only users. Is there a best practise?
