OpsGenie to Jira Service Management support

I'm looking to migrate my OpsGenie support over to Jira Mgmt. Looks like I have already done the account side and everything and I selected the Standard level, currently on the 15 day trial. Looking for support on my email & teams integration, along with some other questions on setup.

I'd recommend checking out official docs related to migration from Opsgenie to JSM > https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/start-shifting-from-opsgenie-to-jira-service-management/

Together with that, I believe official Atlassian Support will be able to assist here with any questions you might have, although you might ask them here as well.
I, personally, haven't done any migration from one system to another, but I can try to help you as much as I can.
