Kindly guide how to transfer open requests in project to new customer directly with all comments and actions taken.

If your target customer account is also a reporter, you could search for all issues that match that reporter using JQL for example and perform a bulk operation to update it to a new account.

Thank you for your help. I have found all issues but not able to find to transfer from one customer to another. As below screen shot bulk transfer is for one issue type to another. Kindly help in this.

As attached below, need to transfer open request and close request with approvals from vaishali.kukale@bkt-tires.com to vaishali.kukale@bkt-carbon.com due to domain change without loosing any data.
