Hi everyone!
I have Jira configured to allow ticket updates via email.
Does anyone know if it’s possible to have only the latest part of the email body update the ticket? I don’t want the entire conversation to be added to the ticket each time a new email is sent.

Whatever is in the body of the email will be in the comment. So the question is how is the entire conversation getting into the email. There is actually an open suggestion that Atlassian is currently working on to provide a means of including the entire conversation with each comment. I do not believe it has been released, however. I actually use JETI for this capability on one of my projects.
