We’re experiencing an issue where a single user cannot see the "Due Date" field in Jira issue view, while all other users (including myself and other team members) can.
We have thoroughly verified the following:
The issue type and project are the same for all users.
The "Due Date" field is present on the relevant screens (View/Edit/Create).
The field is not hidden in the Field Configuration used by this project and issue type.
The user has the "Schedule Issues" permission, which is required to view and modify the "Due Date" field.
The field is enabled in the "Configure fields" panel (for other users) and appears in the All fields view.
No field-level security or conditional field configuration is being used.
Other users (including those with the same group/role/permissions) can view "Due Date" without issues.
Welcome to the community, My first thought was around the "Schedule Issues" permission but it seems like that's been checked. The user can't see it on both create and issue view? If I were in your shoes I would use the "Log in as User" function via user management to take a look myself, see if there is any custom configuration on their end, also let the user know that you will be doing that prior.

@Oleh Dehtiar I would screenshare with the user and guide the user to navigate to the Configure Fields Panel (like you have a screenshot of above) and make sure it's set to all from their profile, even when it's set to all at the project level I have encountered similar situations where the user has it set to "Custom" on their end

I logged in as a user and saw on the Configure Fields Panel "Due Date".
