Unfortunately, queue deletions in Jira Service Management are not currently captured in the audit log, which is why you are not seeing any relevant entries at the auditing URL you checked. This is a known limitation. The audit log covers things like project permission changes, user role updates, and some configuration changes, but queue-level actions (creating, editing, or deleting queues) are not included at this time. Your best path for investigating exactly when it happened and who made the change is to raise a support ticket directly with Atlassian. Their support team can check backend logs that are not exposed in the UI and may be able to pinpoint the event.
Hope this helps!

Most likely someone with Project administrator access deleted by mistake. You will have to spam the team to find out. Sometimes, people think that these queues and views are for their profile only without knowing that it affects everyone in the project.
