One of our agent team members don't see the "Raise request on behalf of" field

One of our agent team members don't see the "Raise request on behalf of" field. I've checked the permissions and everything seems to be okay. The agent is assigned the Service Desk Team role. 

Any ideas why this is the case?

Already figured it out. Turns out adding to the project doesn't necessarily grant a service management license.

Yup, you have to grant to that member the service desk agent role.
