Onboarding Agents in LDAP, JSM & Asset Management

Hello All,

I am looking for the methods and best practices to on board the Agents in LDAP, JSM and Asset Management, I am New to JSM and Jira please Guide me. is there any bulk import method I created Groups.

I hope this post finds you well! 

Are you asking about creating new users in the Atlassian Cloud by syncing your LDAP/IdP with the Cloud?  

• You can do this through Atlassian Guard's User Provisioning if you wanted to automatically sync your LDAP/IdP with the Atlassian Cloud.  If your IdP isn't supported you can use the Identity REST API to sync users as well.  

If you are asking about just specifically granting access to JSM, then that is just done through providing App Access.  

There is also a free app BulkOps that can provide the ability to perform some of these operations in bulk.  This is not an Atlassian Product, but mention it here as some other organizations have leveraged apps like this to perform bulk user operations.  

There is also the option (although not bulk persay) to enter all the email addresses you would like to invite to JSM through the normal user invitation process.  You can enter more than 1 email address at a time.
