We are planing to enable the agents to be able to handle incidents (create incidents, send notifications to the stakeholders) via the jira mobile app. However, in a ticket I see only "add internnal note" or "reply to customer" options.
How can we add the "Notify Stakeholders" option?
I'm not talking about adding stakeholders to an incident. The button "Notify Stakeholders" is not visible in the jira MOBILE App

The option to notify stakeholders is through the incidents. You need to add them in the Stakeholder field as I show you below, and then you will have to notify them in the activity.

If you have the latest version installed (in my case on an Android device), you will see that below the attachment section there is a link called ‘Notify stakeholders’, which is where stakeholders are notified from the mobile app.
