We have five projects, one which is ITSM. For any ITSM created from a submitted email I want two people to be notified. I see our notifications are applying to all projects but I want to add to only one. Can't seem to find how

Hi @Dave Prevost ,

Make use of project Automation rules. Don't use global rules.

i.e. Go to ITSM project settings --> Automation --> Create new rule as below

Use JQL condition "request-channel-type = Email"
