Is there a way to verify if a notification sent by Jira lands in a customer's spam folder?
We use the default email to send notifications (@xxxx.atlassian.net) and recently we received reports from a few customers that our notifications were sent in their spam folder.
It doesn't happen with all our notifications though, only a few.
Is there anything on our end we can do to improve the email score?

No you can't do anything to improve the email's score. However, you could follow these instructions (if applicable in your case) and see if that works out for you.
